  • 6-Week Stretching & Mobility Block Class

    Our 6-WEEK STRETCHING & MOBILITY BLOCK CLASS will help you to improve joint health, flexibility, and overall movement. Each session combines active mobility with longer stretches, focusing on hips, spine, shoulders, and neck. Informed by BJJ, the class is suitable for all levels and anyone looking to move more comfortably, reduce stiffness, aid recovery, and support long-term training or daily activity. Great for athletes and non-athletes alike!
