    Our 6-WEEK WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE COURSE II is designed to build the strength, confidence, and self-defense skills you deserve. Whether you’ve trained before or are completely new, this course is open to everyone—no prior course or experience is required to join.

    Train in a safe, supportive space with like-minded women, and discover empowerment, community, and growth through BJJ!

    Start your BJJ journey with our 6-WEEK BEGINNER BJJ COURSE for teens and adults (12+). Learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment while gaining practical self-defense skills, fitness, and confidence. At BJJ Gort, we focus on respect, resilience, and personal growth—helping you build strength on the mats and in everyday life.

  • 6-Week Stretching & Mobility Block Class

    Our 6-WEEK STRETCHING & MOBILITY BLOCK CLASS will help you to improve joint health, flexibility, and overall movement. Each session combines active mobility with longer stretches, focusing on hips, spine, shoulders, and neck. Informed by BJJ, the class is suitable for all levels and anyone looking to move more comfortably, reduce stiffness, aid recovery, and support long-term training or daily activity. Great for athletes and non-athletes alike!
